Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits and vegetables, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered. All sales of perishable items are final.

Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Items

If you receive fruits that are damaged, spoiled upon arrival, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos and order details to verify the issue.

Once confirmed, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement of the affected item(s)
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Missing or Undelivered Orders

If part of your order is missing or your delivery does not arrive as scheduled, please notify us within 24 hours of the expected delivery time so we can promptly investigate and resolve the matter.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
